Support Request Changes Comming Soon!

Dear Client,

In order to properly track, assign and complete Support Requests, on May 31st  2013 C3SD Inc. will be upgrading to a ticketing system for all Support Requests.

Over the past 10 years, C3SD Inc. maintained with simply a support number and email address, however I have determined that now is the right time to make the move to a Ticketing System.

As a client this move will provide the following benefits to you:

  1. Ability to track Support Requests from Open to Close, including those for larger projects such as a large roll out of Windows 7 PCs
  2. Access to a secure Support Portal to submit Service Requests as well as view Knowledge Base articles to help troubleshoot common tasks (http://support.c3sd.com)
  3. Allow for a quicker response time as Support Request will be centrally managed by the entire C3SD Team as opposed to emailing one person
  4. Ability to continue to submit a Support Request via email to itsupport@c3sd.com (requires that a user first authenticate with the Support Portal)

Please review this Open Letter to our clientele for additional information.   I am also happy to schedule a demo with larger management teams to discuss the changes.  Please let me know if you would like to get something on the calendar.

Finally, as outlined in the open letter, beginning June 1st, the email address mike(at)c3sd.com will be decommissioned.  Information on how to remove mike(at)c3sd.com from Outlook’s auto-complete can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/acoutlook
